I have not read most of the threads in this message but could you tell us what exactly was wrong with the aforementioned power valve. Then we may have some idea whether it was an oversight or a deliberate attempt to gain an advantage, outside of the rules. I, like many others, do not like the word cheat being applied without the full facts.
