Thanks for all the advice, no we didnt swap Carbs but it was a thought, will check the pulse pipes and also the pump we did clean and check the power valve and set it the same as the other 2 that ran well all day...... once again thanks for the advice,, invaluable when confronted with a problem like this ...cheers!!
