Have had a lot of bother with the clutch on a rotax max senior.
it firstly snapped off the little circlips that hold the shoes to the posts.
with these replace it then took the three edges off of the triangular ring that goes over the three posts that hold the shoes. it has now snapped the lugs that hold the springs on the shoes. there is no damage to the clutch drum but its a puzzle to us why this is happening???? as we have another Rotax that has been trouble free as far as the clutch is concerned.
any thoughts would be appreciated..... many thanks in advance
