Spinning the rear wheels won't do anything as the engine has a clutch. Make sure you blow the fuel right through before turning over with or without the plug in. Have a look here for maintenance - http://www.rmaxchallenge.com/publications/2007Docs/FR_125_Repair_Manual_2006.pdf
