During testing at the weekend my lad asked if he could try his minimax with out the restrictor, as we had a junior exhaust manifold in with our spares we let him have a go. He reported back that he had no power at the end of the straight, we changed gearing but it remained the same.
It sounds like fuel starvation to me as we changed back to the minimax exhuast manifold and the prolem was cured, can anybody advise if jet size should be increased when going from minimax to junior and if so by how much?
