I fully agree with mark w, It was way too much to deal with as a driver/mechanic especially on a hot day like that. After taking a fair bit of damage in (another) chaotic first corner i struggled like mad between heats to get the kart ready and only just got to the grid in time, only to have to re-assemble the clutch sweating my t*ts off covered in oil. Just got it on, went out, drove cr*p. no surprise. That surely cannot be a long term solution as the 50th anniversary meeting in june with two days racing will be a nightmare.
