Hey all, I took part in my first test day last saturday down at Clay Pigeon, and was just going to ask for some tips :P

I set a 35.7secs on the 20th or so lap of mine, and all were around that, but then my neck went after about 50 laps and I couldn't see any apexes for the rest of the day, so my laps were half a second off:P

Does anyone have any tips for neck strengthening? Also, could someone tell me how much a standard Wright Rotax 125cc kart weighs? I am 80kg and want to know how much above the minimum weight for lights I am. Also, any driving tips you might have would be useful!
