It's impossible to police the situation.
There are not enough scrutineers to watch over in Parc Ferme and all it takes is for someone to reach into their pocket or underneath the seat and were back to square one again.

Let everybody grease their clutch and the problem will go away.

Marking the Clutch nut is a good idea but who's to say your rival's got a spare tin lying around?
