I've used good old eBay for this - I did a nut and bolt rebuild on my TonyKart prokart, replacing virtually all the nuts and bolts with stainless steel. I got most of what I need from liquidpixelgoup on eBay, but there are quite a few suppliers on there. Its just a matter of figuring out exactly what size and type of bolts you need, and it's not really very expensive. I went for the basic A2 grade stainless - I believe A4 grade is higher spec (often used by boatbuilders)...but it's got to be better than the rusty old stuff that was on it before. As it was all pretty cheap, I've got plenty of nice shiny spares in my parts box as well.
