KartDavid stickers - anyone else had problems?

Placed an order with this guy on 9th March with full payment. Despite 3 telephone calls, they are still not here and, by the guy's own admission, have not even been sent yet!!

This is not the first time this has happened to me. Pity is, the stickers are great quality. Is this bad luck on my part or has anyone else had the same problem?
