i am guessing its going to be open racing as you could do anything in 20 mins????
'23. Any competitor failing scrutineering will be given twenty minutes by the scrutineer to correct the issue. Any competitor unable to correct the issue WILL be excluded from the event at the sole discretion of the Chief scrutineer liasing with the clerk of course.'
