I think what is needed here is an official line from JAG and / or Rotax!!!
Chris, I have absolutely no doubt in your intentions, Andy is one of the best in this country and I cant see how slight greasing of the clutch can make a massive performance advantage as some people seem to be suggesting!!
Potless: If your going to remain anonymous, dont bother posting, nobody will take you seriously on matters like this!! More's the point, you said:
"No doubt you will have a perfectly reasonble excuse why in the final(with your clean clutch) you set your slowest lap time of the day.
With the exception of one other driver, everyone else in the top ten of the final set their fastest lap of the day!!!!!!!!!"
His fastest of the day was a 43.61s, his slowest a 43.69s!! Thats absolutely no difference whatsoever!!!! If he was like half a second or more slower in the final, I would be more willing to subscribe to your opinion!!!
I think everyone is clutching (oh dear me!!) at straws here trying to get at a driver who obviously has a large amount of talent!! Jealousy is a word that springs to mind! I just hope that Andy doesn't succumb to this and think "Is it worth it??". Who'll be next??
