Neither make a difference just get one that runs cleanest with you engine!! My best carb is a 12.5 and I run that everywhere had many wins at twisty tracks Buckmoore, Rye house, Rowrah over the years with many drivers and also Wigan Larkhall and Clay which are all fast flowing power circuits!! Another myth that makes karting sound more complecated than it actually is!!
