The clutches are loctited on with high strength loctite as there are no keyways and only a tight taperfit to hold onto approx 30bhp .
Also big retaining nut is tightened to I beleive 100nm .
A puller is the only way to go and when it does let go it will be with a BANG , I used to hate removing them as you think you will break something with the force you are using but I never broke anything and I did use a premade puller as you call it , still scared me though ...
