One common thing that seems to be appearing here is the resevoir and the adjustable brake system and what you are all saying about this makes a lot of sense. I will give it a go and see what happens.Its giving me a lot of grief thats for sure and the biggest trouble is you dont know if its fixed until you take the kart out and then spend the rest of the day hanging over the brake system up to your arm pits in brake fluid. I'll let you know the solution once its been sorted if ever!!
