oh and while im on...

I set the hi and lo jet as per book,0.4 out on the hi jet and 1.9 out for the lo jet , it then contradicted itself and suggested .3 in for clutched engines.. any views on the best setting for these please? and for my info when you turn anticlockwise are you making it weaker or richer ?(im going to the track 2mrw and would like all the info in case I have problems!! )

Am I right in thinking that the fuel/oil ratio will also have a bearing on these settings?

as the kart hadnt been run for a good 18months I dropped the fuel out (was red in colour ??) and replaced with fresh mixed to 5litres/250ml of the recomended Shell 2stroke oil caster based (wasnt red ! )?

(after searching on about 200 pages of tkm advice I may increase to 310mls per 5litres !! )
