Hi - serious question again.

Front tracking discs - are they easy to use ?

If I sit my kart on the ground and turn wheel all the way to the left - right wheel lifts up - turn to the right and left does not - is the chassis bent or is it tracking. Looks as if the front wheels not pointing straigt ahead (tracking ?)
