Find a circuit with a long fast corner like Stadium at Rye House. Run as you are with your rears fully in. Try again with the rears fully out. I almost 100% guarantee you'll find the rear slides less with the rears fully out. Why would you run with the rears fully in all the time, complain about oversteer, then never think about changing the rear?
In principal, you should be looking at things in roughly this order (assuming good tyres/pressures):
1) Seat Position 2) Front End Geometry and track width 3) Rear end track width 4) Everything else
If you can't get your kart to handle using 1, 2 and 3 you're doing something very wrong (which is why TKM is a great class to learn in, because they're you're only real options).
