The eazy start wheel attatches to the chassis behind the seat but forward of the axle, the wheel locks down lifting the back wheels of the floor. There is a cable running from the wheel and usually attatches to the seat. You run with the kart and when you have enough speed up you pull the cable which releases the eazy start wheel and drops the rear kart wheels onto the floor (same as lifting and dropping the kart)You then just push for a few more steps untill you hear the engine fire and jump in.
It sounds difficult when you write it down but it really is very easy, trust me!
