hi anyone can help us my brother inlaw has a 100cc tkm he bought off ebay its got brand new tilly carb and was told just needed tuning . but seems to be stuck on full throttle all time only way to slow it down is to cover air box holes . the low jet set low and it won't start can't get working correctly screws don't seem to work properly . just seems to be full throttle all time .
