Sounds like you have a good toolkit, take it all for a start and then you'll find out what suits your needs.
Jason recommended you should have a piston stop and clutch extractor tool: just what I would have said, in the past year I've found both to be essential when unexpected failures occour.
Yes, a spare clutch is to be recommended but don't forget to inspect your clutch through the holes drilled in the clutch drum. You can see the condition of the linings and if one or more sections of the clutch have opened out to an excessive amount: both I have found are a warning of clutch failure.
I always take a bead breaker, just in case, but seldom need to resort to tyre levers (tongs). Spray the contact surfaces of the tyre and rim with something like "Mr Sheen" and you will find tyre changing much easier.
