That should be legal to race, James Bean always did well on the Tal-Ko chassis, not sure if he used the stealth tho. I would be tempted to go for something a little more recent as spares may be hard to get hold of for a 5 year old kart, especially as Tal-Kos aren't that popular. Also remember the that homologation was 2001, so thats a 7 year old design. Whereas any chassis from 04-06 was designed for the 04 homologation.
