Thanks for the replay Ian, the only reason I'm asking is that someone has asked me to fit a new barrel and piston for running in this weekend, however when I came to fit it I have found that the top of the liner really needs machining to get the squish low enough. I have tried the thinest gasket and that still leaves it too high. Any thoughts?
