was at a trsck yesterday and my alfano suddenly registered 120 degrees, when i came in to paddock it was only showing 53 degrees, was still showing 115 forty minutes later and the engine was cold.

first stop would be the sender unit but i am concirned that the rpm is not showing accuraetly either. Has anyone experienced any similar problems where you found it to be the alfano unit itself.

Just dont want to buy a new sender lead to find its the unit as the lead doesnt appear to fit the newer v2 model.
