When i built it yesterday, i pressure tested it. I used WD40 on the needle and seat & it popped off with a crack at 20 psi then dropped to 9 psi and held. I did this a couple of times until the WD40 had gone and when pumping it up from there it went upto 20psi but never cracked it just slowly went back down to 15psi and then creeped down very very slowly from this. Does this about sound right?

As far as the fuel goes we run an inline filter & filter it before it goes in the tank.

I have spoke to grant at zip and he said try a new needle and seat to see if this cures the problem as our tryton if from the first batch which appantly had not to good needle and seats in them.

richydehav, you say you run a doulbe spring, what exactly does this mean & you also mention making the paddle fit tighter, is this done with the double spring or by adusting the paddle it's self.
