Chain lubricant, (Chain will snap otherwise)
Tire pressure gauge, (Pressures are V important)
Pump, (^^)
An arrangement of spanners and Allen-keys, (To do 90% of all jobs)
Maybe a spring puller for exhaust springs, (It makes the job much easier.)

That should cover most of it really, with regards to clutch holding tools, a screwdriver poked between two teeth of the flywheel will usually do a decent job of holding it still, most of the tools are nice-to-haves as opposed to necessities.
