My advice for a 100cc project (assuming you're never going to race it) would be to find any reasonable condition chassis from the late 2000's, avoiding the Tony Kart range, and put a TKM BT82 on it.

UK chassis would make sense, Jade, Talko, Wright etc as the parts and any repairs would be easy to access and they generally make strong chassis.

Tony Kart's seem to have a reputation for being 'soft' and get replaced regularly by works teams, so I suppose there would potentially be a good source of bare chassis if needed should you choose this route. I must admit, when my son was racing recently we had an Alonso and bought a lightly used frame to rebuild it, and didn't find it bent easily, but maybe he was gentle on it!!

The BT82 is as strong as anything, that's why Club 100 use them. Cheap parts and easy to rebuild yourself with hardly any special tools required. There's also a huge supply of them, a good runner should be about £250.
