X30 = more revs = more up keep.
Come to Fulbeck sprint series IKR, decent competitive junior rotax grid there, many as fast as the seniormax on lap time. Ł55 for all weekend would offset the travel cost for you.
Potential for Mojo D5 for next - supposed to be as fast or faster than the Komet tyre which can also be inconsistent.
If you have a decent budget and are committed then maybe X30 is the way to go. If you don't and or want a slightly less hassle set up - Rotax.
