OTK had two methods of locating the disc on the carrier.

The early ones located in a slot in the carrier, can be difficult to remove and fit because they have to be twisted off the carrier, but can be reversed.

The later ones that mount on just the side of the carrier will fit both ways around.

Nice thing about the later ones is if you put a slight bend in the carrier you can bend them back to closely true then pop them in the lathe and just skim the mounting face. They are a bit pricey.
