Hello,

I have a hand throttle that came with my tkm kart but like a p@nis I have thrown the clip away that connects to the carb. I am wondering if I drill a hole 90 degrees to the slot in the metal cylinder the throttle cable attaches to if it will fail to be race legal? Took a pic to show what I mean but photobucket is playing up

Can anyone shed some light on this or if there is another Was of securing the cable to the carb?
