Exhaust baffle end broken off and blocking the bend.

Red gasket missing from coil plug.

Power valve stuck or no spring.

Valve in upside down or gasket covering hole.

If it's a new style ignition switch the contacts may be contaminated from non use.

Reed block to carb rubber has a split underneath that is letting in air.

Tank pickup tube has disintegrated.

No hole in catch tank top.

Pulse pipe actually blocked with dried oil.

Pump pipes wrong way around.

Battery voltage too low or battery
