Hair Dryer, brake cleaner and a Stanley blade.

Heat the old sticker kit with the hair dryer and peel off, let it cool down and clean with brake cleaner and a sharp blade to smooth.

Heat the new sticker kit (piece by piece) so it softens and becomes stretchable. Continue to heat as you apply and stretch. If you get bubbles just reheat and smoothie out with fingers. Alternatively burst bubble with a pin, heat and smooth.

Patience and a spare set of hands will help.
