a normal viper tonykart weights around 71 with small tank, you can be OK 2kg over any more then you will loose a bit, you can use lightweight floor tray, small tank, small brake disc so you dont have to use the brake disc protector, that might save you 2-3 kg. i have seen one at 64 kg a few years back but it must have cost him a small fourtune to do it. best thing is to loose 2-3 kg to be on the weight
