Check you have a thrust washer fitted before fitting the drum. First fit the drum without an o-ring to check whether the clutch drum is free to spin with the engine not running. If using an 11 tooth sprocket, fit a new bush flush with the sprocket's outside edge. If drum doesn't spin freely maybe the engine has been run by previous owner without a clutch drum fitted. This allows the clutch arms to spread and then the clutch block is junk. It is also possible the clutch has been used for standing starts which transfer metal from the clutch block to the drum and vice versa. There is a chamfered edge to the block and the edge gets metal deposits. This chamfered edge should match the inner chamfered edge of the drum, if it doesn't you get interference. The easy way out is to fit a new clutch block and drum and use the replaced parts as spares. If using an 11 sprocket ensure you have the smaller washer on the crank as the larger washer for the 12 tooth sprocket will interfere with the chain.
