Not talking about all teams, we are with a team ourselves and they are absolutely dedicated to their drivers in all aspects. The teams I am talking about are those that now HAVE to produce the results to justify the 'extremely' high costs. Like someone said previously 'a win at all costs' mentality.

Of course all teams/businesses want great results and am sure love the sport, but I think where our children are concerned there is an added responsibility for their education (in life), wellbeing and most importantly safety. I witnessed this weekend occasions where this was blatantly not the case and as a lover of the sport it concerned/disappointed me.

It's very easy, when putting points across, for it to sound like I am generalising, I can assure you that is not the case.
