Surely a job SHOULD be fun?
Otherwise, what's the point of being in the game?
The enjoyment has to be there, otherwise the resentment filters down from the boss to the mechanics to the drivers and to the family.
I think that's where some 'teams' and I use the word figuratively, miss the point of the game.
Could it be that karting contains too many people who never achieved their goal and run teams or their offspring to pseudo achieve those goals and get the same frustration when that doesn't work either?
It's always heartening to see and hear a parent berating and bullying a child and reducing it to tears for some on track folly.
Fortunately there's a plentiful supply of benchmarks in karting.
The world needs numpties as a benchmark.
