It's a difficult situation with no real straightforward answer and don't want to tar all of Super 1 with the same brush. It's a Championship my son would love to take part in ultimately.
It seems to me that some teams are just after the money, no thought for the child's future just what they can get right now. The pressure on the children is so great they feel they have to take the desperate move sometimes, but that's ok, if the kart gets wrecked the parents have to pay the teams even more money to fix it!
For now my son will take each challenge, work hard, respect the officials/clubs and feel invested in and looked after by a team who care about his future.
