Problem is, parents want results and silverware for their money and unfortunately the teams teach kids with a win at all costs mentality. It's not good for the sport and as much as people will deny it, we know plenty of team drivers who tell the same story !!
if only those with money to spend invested it on drivers with talent, our Motorsport youth would be in a much better place.
Too many parents throw money away on their kids thinking they will be the next Lewis or Jensen when in fact they've got two hopes and one of thems 'Bob'. And far too many actual talented drivers fall by the wayside due to lack of funding......
