Ok.

0-1/4 throttle is controlled by the air screw.

1/4 to 3/4 throttle is controlled by the needle and lowering the needle (raising the clip) will lean off the 1/4 to 3/4 throttle range.

Doing the opposite to the clip will richen the range.

Weakening the mixture may give you a better respose out of corners so long as you don't dump the pedal to the floor.
