The thing that's annoying is both the Max and the X30 suffer the same problem, the X30 to a greater extent and with very little thought, they could have cured the problem, full stop.

It's the higher vibration that causes the X30 problem to be more severe.

I'm not the brightest spark in the firework box but if I figured it out, why could'nt they?

JAG weren't interested in the mod and I think it was probably the highest cause of non starting on the grid over the years.

Too much bad product is accepted by karters and it's probably because they're told 'it's a race engine' but they wouldn't accept it if their Veyron spanked a starter every week.
