You don't say whether your track rods are internally or externally threaded but no matter. Screw the lock nuts by hand fully on to the track rods or track rod ends (Rose joints) according to t.r. type and thread LH or RH. Screw the appropriate track rod ends on to or into the 2 track rods 10 full turns or 12.5mm. Using the LH threaded end of 1 track rod and the RH threaded end of the other assemble to the drop arm on the steering column. Attach the other ends of the track rods to the steering arms. If the track rods are the correct length toe in and drop arm position should be approximately correct.( Wheels pointing straight forward). Adjust tracking and drop arm position by rotating the trackrods but not by more than 2 full turns on each rod. THEN move the lock nuts up and tighten ensuring the track rods are free to rotate a small amount at all steering positions lock to lock.
