I am interested to know why Talko have changed the fiche to allow the removal of the lower piston ring, there is no explanation in the bulletin.

Strange thing is I think last time Talko were thinking of changing the fiche regarding senior weights and restrictors they asked their customers for feedback, I wonder if they have found another illegal modification that this might eliminate?
