Depends on track.
But Rotax engine is faster usually.
It has a lot more midrange (think turbo diesel)
The x30 had a lot more bottom and top with a liner curve. (Think n/a sports car)

The komet tire is miles better. And as a package to drive there's no contest. The package is lighter too.

Don't forget x30 is running heavy as in Europe they run at 162kg with front brakes!
So take the weight off and it would be faster on same tire.

If you just want fast get a Arixo xr50!

If you want driving experience the x30 or a proper 100cc can't be beaten
