Should be an interesting outcome.

As I read it, he has admitted the engineering aspect but has allegedly said to Talko that the recipients knew what he was doing.

One word against another.

Can what he has done be described as illegal, I thought illegal meant against a law, what we are dealing with here are rules.

What he allegedly did was only against Tal-ko's rules but not against the rules of karting per se.

By accusing him of doing something illegal could surely bring about a claim of libel by Tal-ko and he could possibly bring about a claim for special compensation if it now affects his ability to earn or if it affects his business.

Asking tracks to ban him could put them on unsafe ground.

At least it was brought to light because the engines could be examined easily, a seal offers no such comfort to anyone.

I don't support cheating whether it's within or without a seal but I'm not wholly convinced yet that this is completely black and white.
