Rubber gasket must be in place on the carb top as no gasket alters the max throttle opening!!
Carb jets correct 60 60 or 30 30 and with correct weight floats - light floats with 60's heavy with 30's
No contamination at all even if it's not oily of greasy on the clutch block / inside the clutch drum. clean it out with brake cleaner and fit a new o ring behind the needle roller bearing in the centre of the clutch and only a tiny amount of grease on the needle roller.
If they are really anal - correct rubber gasket under venture in the carb without holes enlarged.
K27 or K98 needle.
correct emulsion tube.
no holes in the nose cone that shouldn't be there.
