Liquid glass (silica dioxide) is very efficient.

I first used it when it was sold by 'Nanopol' now it seems to be sold as "Liquid Glass Shield"

It works by being so slippery that stuff doesn't adhere to it in the first place, then being easy to clean in the second place.

You do have to get the right formulation though, the stuff to protect your kart is different from the stuff that keeps your visor clear in the wet.
