Check it is central by measuring from ends of axle to bearing hangers. Loosen bearing carriers and give the axle a spin to make sure bearing are aligned. Tighten bearing carriers and axle grub screws. Check brake disc is centered in caliper and tighten. Check sprocket alignment with engine sprocket and tighten. Check hubs are equally spaced out on axle and tighten. Check overall axle width across rear wheels doesn't exceed 1400 mm.

After first 10 laps re-tighten axle grub screws.

That's what I do anyway...
