You can't really use a dyno hp figure to compare as different dynos run different figures depending on how they are set up and the conditions on the day of the dyno run. You can only compare on the same dyno.
Best way is to test motors back to back using a good test day and a good driver.
Or get a motor with a pedigree you can confirm - buy it off of the grid after you have just seen it win!!
