My first kart was a Villiers 210 gearbox and I bought the 'Villiers Singles Improvement Handbook'.

What I found most usefull were the calculations for designing an exhaust system based on exhaust port size, timing and desired engine speed. I also found that the calculations tranferred across to other more modern gearbox engines with good success too.

It will undoubtly improve your understanding of the humble 2 stroke.

It's currently available on Amazon for Ł2.5K!
