Does anyone know if these problems also apply to non-msa races?
Perhaps the answer is for club racing to run to a set of rules that does not allow for appeals, protests etc. Just the verdict of the CoC is final. No points on licences at a club meeting but black flags used more or drive through's.
For national events you could use the full MSA regulations with appeals allowed right up to the national court.
